How long will my order take to get to me?
Orders are received by our supplier as soon as you place them, and start being fulfilled right away.
Most orders are ready for dispatch in 3 – 5 days.
Whilst we try to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, some items may take an extended amount of time to arrive due to the impact of COVID-19 on our suppliers and postal systems.
Where is my order sent from?
Our supplier has fulfilment centres in various regions throughout the world. The fulfilment centre that is closest to you is automatically selected when you place your order.
How are your garments printed?
All garments are currently DTG (direct-to-garment) printed. We are working to switch to screen-printed garments as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
As soon as your order is placed our supplier starts working on fulfilling it, unfortunately this means that we cannot cancel orders.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. If the order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to fix this for you.
Can I return an item from my order?
We are only able to accept returns of faulty or damaged items.

We are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes-of-mind, but we hope to be able to offer this in the future.
